In chiropractic and manual therapies we believe in preventative care. The Green Phase is the one we like to see our patients reach and maintain for long term stability. This is where you are in better balance, alignment and your body is stronger. You can cope with more stresses on your system and your body is able to withstand more knocks and get itself on track easier. We love when our patients reach this stage, as it is a journey they have taken and a commitment to their own health and well-being.
To help our patient reach and keep their goals, we have created a stretch app for the whole body called the ChiroMoves Collection. It can be either found on iTunes as an app, or on Amazon as a DVD. The app has a daily reminder system which helps the ever busy person to remember their daily stretches.
We say cheekily that motion is lotion, as it is useful to move our bodies and joints every day. For those who prefer the internet we have a very active YouTube channel under Tone Tellefsen Hughes where you can find films for most parts of the body and mind.
