We would like to share with you that Melissa Carter of The Happy Child – Life Coaching for children, teens and parents – is sadly not going to work from Luck’s Yard Clinic as of September.
She has been with us for five years and it has been wonderful to see how many children and families that she has helped during this time.
As a children’s coach and play therapist she needs more space than we can offer so from now on she will be working from home offering these sessions.
Melissa has written these lovely words about her time at Luck’s Yard:
It’s been an absolute pleasure to work within the Lucks Yard environment and be part of the team.
Room 4 has been my base camp for the past 5 years and the energy within this space, and the wider Lucks Yard space, has provided me with the opportunity to enrich the lives of many children, young people and parents. This is perhaps the most rewarding of careers as I get to walk together with children and young people who have hearts that are full of golden goodness. I learn as much from them as they learn from me.
I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Tone Tellefsen-Hughes whom I have known for nearly 16 years and am so honoured to have as my great friend. I would also like to say thank you to the wonderful Lucks Yard community, including the immensely professional team and all the beautiful people that I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. My heart is full of gratitude.
