On 21st September 2007, Luck’s Yard Clinic, the new chiropractic and health care clinic in Milford, had its grand opening ceremony!
Specially invited were Mr Eric Luck and his wife Nancy, as well as his son James Luck and wife Sue. They have worked in this building all their lives, but have now allowed it to become a health care clinic, as James Luck now works from house to house with plumbing.
Eric Luck did the honour of cutting the ribbon and it was an emotional moment for both the Luck family and the new team at Luck’s Yard.
The Luck family have owned the building since 1851, and it is an honour for Tone Tellefsen Hughes and her team to be using these wonderful premises for their health care.
The Clinic has been open for three months now and is quickly going from strength to strength. The emphasis is on family care from birth and throughout life.
The Clinic now has eight practitioners working there and the therapies
include: Chiropractic and Cranial care, Sports Therapy (massage, core stability and relaxation), Chiropody and Podiatry, Nutritional Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Lymph Drainage and Hypnotherapy.
The therapists have been specially selected for their skill and expertise, and the Clinic is unique, as they will liaise with each other to provide the best possible treatment to each patient. Tone Tellefsen Hughes would like to express her warmest thanks to everyone who has supported and been involved in the start up of the business and is looking forward to many more years to come in Milford.
