Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. Nutritional therapy practitioners use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. This approach allows them to work with individuals to address nutritional balance and help support the body towards maintaining health.
Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioners assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns.
Practitioners consider each individual to be unique and recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
Practitioners never recommend nutritional therapy as a replacement for medical advice and always refer any client with ‘red flag’ signs or symptoms to their medical professional.
They will also frequently work alongside a medical professional and will communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the client’s care to explain any nutritional therapy programme that has been provided.
Fiona Hayers  runs a busy practice and is familiar with the Luck’s Yard ethos of putting patients first and helping them with their goals of optimal health.

Fiona Hayers Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach mBANT, CNHC
Fiona will be working from Luck’s Yard offering one-to-one appointments – you can contact her directly for consultations (see contact details below).
She trained in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London and is a member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT).
Having experienced her own health issues after the birth of her first child, Fiona used nutrition and lifestyle changes to dramatically improve the quality of her life.
Having made such a difference to her own health, Fiona decided she wanted to help other people make positive improvements to theirs. She knows changing habits can be hard and takes time so she uses health coaching together with her knowledge of nutrition and lifestyle to help her clients reach their health goals.
She specialises in female hormonal health, supporting all stages including perimenopausal and menopausal women. She is also passionate about helping teenagers start on a healthy hormonal journey by supporting and empowering them to make good choices for their bodies and lifestyle requirements.
Fiona says, ‘Everybody has their own unique set of health, lifestyle and environmental factors. I love putting a client’s personal jigsaw together, identifying any missing pieces and helping to find solutions to support the repair process ’.
Fiona’s practice, Nourish From Within, is based in East Horsley, Surrey and she runs clinic sessions at Luck’s Yard, Milford starting 1st November from 9am to 1.30pm.
