Considering the number of hours that we are on our feet for our work, the shoes that we choose to wear are paramount to the health of our feet!!
- Ensure that they are supportive around the heel and mid foot to try and prevent toes clawing.
- Deep, firm heel cups with a lace-up or strap is ideal for maximum support, but if you have to wear slip-on shoes ensure they come up high on the top of the foot, are firm around the heel and arch, and have a relatively low heel.
- This will reduce toe rubbing, callus, corns and any biomechanical problems.
